El Pasoans can take advantage of free heart health screenings this Saturday
EL PASO, Texas - No matter your age, a heart health screening can save your life. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, heart disease is the #1 leading cause of death in the United States.
This Saturday, The Hospitals of Providence is offering free heart health screenings from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Hospitals of Providence Imaging Center East at 2400 Trawood.
The screening includes blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body mass index BMI screening. Fasting is encouraged for accurate results.
