Holloman AFB to host free and family-friendly ‘Freedom Fest’
HOLLOMAN AFB, New Mexico -- The free and family-friendly 'Freedom Fest' hosted by the Holloman Air Force Base is taking place Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Domenici Fitness and Sports Center.
Festivities will be held at the football field and in the parking lot, and include live entertainment, inflatable bouncy houses, a dunk tank, a pie-eating contest, and jousting. Food and drinks will also be available.
Holloman AFB reminds those interested in attending that fireworks of any kind, including firecrackers, sparklers, and ground devices, are not permitted on base.
