Fire Engulfs Train After Ohio Derailment

PAINESVILLE, OH — Train cars erupted into flames after a massive derailmentin Ohio.

Local officials were forced to evacuate hundreds of residents from nearby homes because the train was carrying toxic chemicals.

According to the AP, a witness observed anoil tanker explode which threw cars off the tracks. The train tracks arearound 300 yards from the road making it difficult for firefighters to access the burningcars.

Officials with the localfire department said they are letting the flames burn down to a safe level before they try to extinguish them.

Despite all the destruction, there have been no reported injuries.
