UTEP: More Than 5,000 Say Farewell To Haskins
EL PASO, Texas — More than 5,000 fans, family and friends paid their final respects to Don Haskins during a public visitation Tuesday at the basketball arena named for him, UTEP officials said.
Among the visitors were his wife Mary and her family as well as former UTEP basketball players.
A memorial service will be held for Haskins at 6:35 p.m. Thursday at the Haskins Center.
