Commissioners OK New Rules For Sexually-Oriented Businesses

EL PASO COUNTY, Texas — Commissioners Court signed off Monday on new regulations for sexually-oriented businesses in El Paso County.

A new ordinance requires establishments like Canutillo’s controversial Pegasus strip club to move at least 1,500 feet away from churches, schools, homes and parks.

The vote in Commissioners Court was unanimous.
