Visitation, Memorial For Jake Brisbin, Jr. Announced
Visitation and memorial services will be held this week for Jake Brisbin, Jr., the executive director of the Rio Grande Council of Governments who died in a plane crash last week.
Visitation will be held Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Harding-Orr-McDaniel Funeral Home on 320 Montana Ave. in El Paso.
A memorial service will be held on post at Fort Bliss in Center Chapel One at 10 a.m. Tuesday. View directions
Requirements for access to Fort Bliss property are
current drivers license proof of insurance current vehicle registration sticker current inspection sticker all passengers will be required to show photo ID
A second memorial service will be held at Presidio County Courthouse in Marfa, Texas at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. View directions via Google Maps
Interment details are pending.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Community Action Committee Inc., to benefit the Presidio-Ojinaga flood victims for whom Brisbin gave his life.
