Commissioners Postpone Vote On Farah Building

EL PASO COUNTY, Texas — El Paso County Commissioners Court postponed a vote scheduled for Monday on whether to give Foster-Regency four million dollars in tax breaks to revitalize the blighted Farah building near Cielo Vista Mall.

Foster-Regency wants to build a new shopping center on the property.

The vote will be postponed at least a week.
