Anthony, NM Man Accused Of Indecent Exposure, Enticement Of Child

Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested Ricardo Heredia, 20, of Anthony, New Mexico for four counts of aggravated indecent exposure and two counts of enticement of a child.

Deputies said Heredia drove around the Anthony area in a small grey car and allegedly contacted young girls in the area and offered them items in an attempt to get them into his car.

Heredia allegedly exposed his entire genital area while he contacted some of the girls, according to sheriff’s officials.

It is believed that Heredia possibly had contact with other young girls that haven’t been reported yet, according to sheriff’s officials.
