Authorities: Man Killed In Fall Had Cocaine In System

Authorities say the man who fell off the roof of a Central El Paso school had cocaine in his system when he died.

Janitors found 19-year-old George Springer’s body between Clendenin Elementary and Bassett Middle School back in March.

Investigators think Springer was alone when he fell, and believe he was on the roof of Bassett Middle School before he died.

At this time it is not known what he was doing there, but authorities have ruled his death as accidental.
