SISD: Student Stabbed Classmate At Middle School

A fight turned violent between two teenagers at a local school Wednesday.

According to a spokesman from the Socorro Independent School District, the altercation started in a classroom at Clarke Middle School, when one 13-year-old pulled out a knife and stabbed another 13-year-old.

The victim was taken to University Medical Center, where he was treated and released. According to the student code of conduct, the student with the knife could be expelled from school.
