Police Identify Man Killed In I-10 Crash
El Paso Police have identified the person killed in an early morning wreck on Interstate 10.
According to investigators, 32-year-old Rogelio De La O lost control of his car on I-10 west near Schuster just after midnight Saturday.
Police officials say the car slammed into the guardrail, then spun back into traffic, where an oncoming SUV then hit the car.
De La O died at the scene. Authorities say he was not wearing a seat belt and may have been drunk at the time of the crash.
So far, speed is not being blamed for this crash.
