Airliner Makes Emergency Landing In El Paso

It was a scary moment for more than a hundred airplane passengers over El Paso this weekend.

El Paso International Airport officials told ABC-7 a US Airways Airbus jetliner carrying about 120 passengers had to make an emergency landing Saturday afternoon.

Officials said the plane might have had problems with its deceleration equipment. The flight, which landed safely, was on its way to Phoenix from Dallas-Ft. Worth.
