APRIL 2010: The El Paso County Sheriff?s Office received notification from the Texas Parole Board that ELOY BARNHART had absconded from the Multi Use Facility located at 1700 N. Horizon in El Paso County, TX. BARNHART was residing at the facility and absconded on April 30th, 2010. BARNHART cut off his ankle monitor and his whereabouts are currently unknown. BARNHART is a registered sex offender following a conviction of Sexual Assault of a Child Case where the victim was a 15 year old female. BARNHART is required to register as a sex offender for life/annually. On May 10, 2010, Sheriff?s Deputies obtained as warrant of arrest for ELOY BARNHART for the offense of SEX OFFENDERS DUTY TO REGISTER LIFE / ANNUALLY ? PAROLE VIOLATION.
