Woman’s Body Found In Parking Lot

El Paso Police are investigating the death of a woman, whose body was found in a parked car in a restaurant parking lot.

Investigators were called to the Taco Cabana on the 4800 block of Hondo Pass around 10:30 P.M. after people complained of smelling a strong odor in the area.

When officers arrived, they found the woman’s body in the backseat of a Chrysler Sebring convertible with its windows slightly lowered.

Police are not releasing the identity of the woman but say she was 47 years old and from Connecticut. The car in which she was found also had Connecticut license plates.

Investigators have not said how this woman died, only that her body showed no signs of trauma.

They believe she was in the backseat of her car for at least four days.
