Girl Hit, Killed By Truck Outside School Buried Today
Family and friends of Michelle Solis are preparing for a final goodbye.
The 11-year-old Bill Sybert School student was killed Tuesday afternoon as she crossed the street in front of her school.
Sunday, dozens gathered at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home for a visitation. It was standing room only as loved ones, friends and classmates and their parents crowded in the hall and the lobby of the funeral home.
Funeral services begin at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 N. Loop Dr. The burial follows at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
