Sunday’s forecast brings a lovely end to the weekend for the area. Temperatures will climb to 69 this afternoon with clear skies and northeasterly winds at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Tonight, continued clear conditions with a low around 40.
Monday’s weather brings even warmer temperatures with sunshine and a high of 73.
Winds will be on the increase Tuesday with gusts to 35 miles per hour and highs in the upper 70s.
ABC-7 meteorologists are watching Wednesday as the next system brings wind gusts to near 50 miles per hour, especially on the eastern slopes of the mountain. A First Alert may be issued in the coming hours if forecast models continue predicting this possibly damaging wind event.
