6 Injured In Stabbing At House Party

The El Paso Police Department’s Gang unit responded to assist Northeast Patrol with an early morning stabbing Wednesday.

According to police officials, the investigation revealed that at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, a fight broke out between two groups during a house party in the 3300 block of Lincoln Ave.

The fight escalated to a stabbing which left six individuals injured. Five of the victims were transported to University Medical Center and one was transported to Las Palmas Medical Center. The mother of one of the victims told ABC-7 that the fight was over sunglasses.

Two of the victims are in serious condition. The victims are described as males in their late teens. There have been no arrests made and the El Paso Police Department’s Gang unit continues their investigation.
