FEBRUARY 2009 In February 2009, ROSA MARIA ARROYOS was arrested for Delivery & Possession of Cocaine in Socorro, TX. ARROYOS went to trial for these charges & was convicted by a jury on both charges where ARROYOS absconded during trial. The judge assessed punishment at 20 years TDCJ and a $10,000 fine.
ROSA MARIA ARROYOS has been not been seen since & continues to be on the run eluding capture.
NEW INFORMATION: New information received indicates ARROYOS has remained or has returned to the El Paso, Texas area where she is hiding with friends or relatives. This marks the 2nd time ARROYOS has been featured on MANHUNT MONDAY
