Pat Robertson Says Broncos Treated Tebow Shabbily, Deserve Manning Injury
Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson has weighed in on the trade of Tim Tebow to the New York Jets from the Denver Broncos.
?I think the Denver Broncos treated him shabbily,” Robertson said on his television show. “He won seven games, he brought them into the playoffs, for heaven sakes. I mean, they were a nothing team. He rallied them together with spectacular last-minute passes … And you just ask yourself, okay, so Peyton Manning was a tremendous MVP quarterback, but he?s been injured. If that injury comes back, Denver will find itself without a quarterback. And in my opinion, it would serve them right.?

Robertson recently caused a stir by saying marijuana should be legalized.
“I really believe we should treat marijuana the way we treat beverage alcohol,” Robertson told the New York Times. “If people can go into a liquor store and buy a bottle of alcohol and drink it at home legally, then why do we say that the use of this other substance is somehow criminal?”
