I-10-Americas Interchange Construction
The North to Eastbound Ramp between Americas Ave. (North) and Gateway East is closed and will remain closed through Monday, May 21 at 5 a.m.
The South to Westbound Ramp between Joe Battle Blvd. (South) and Gateway West will be closed tonight, May 17 through Monday, May 29 each night from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. (the following morning) Expect alternate right and left lane closures at the Rojas Dr. /Joe Battle Blvd. Intersection (underneath Loop 375) Thursday, May 17 through Sunday, May 20 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. (the following morning).
Expect alternate right and left lane closures southbound on Joe Battle Blvd. between Rojas Dr. and the I-10 Overpass Monday, May 21 through Tuesday, May 22 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. (the following morning)
The northbound Rojas Exit Ramp (Exit 44A) on Americas (Loop 375) will be permanently closed to all traffic Saturday, May 19. This exit ramp is scheduled for demolition to allow the construction of the North to Westbound Direct Connector. The traveling public wanting to access I-10 westbound or Rojas Dr. must exit at the North Loop Exit Ramp on Americas (Loop 375).
COMPLETE CLOSURES: Northbound lanes of Joe Battle Blvd between the North Loop Dr and Rojas Dr. will be completely closed on the following days: Tonight, May 17 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (the following morning). Friday, May 18 at 8 p.m. remaining closed through Monday, May 21 at 6 a.m. Monday, May 21 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (the following morning). The South to Westbound Ramp between Joe Battle Blvd. (South) and Gateway West
Please Note: The above closures will not occur simultaneously with the northbound lane closures on Joe Battle (Loop 375) The following complete closures will take place on Thursday, May 17 through Tuesday, May 29 each night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (the following morning): Northbound lanes on Joe Battle (Loop 375) between the Loop 375 Overpass and Bob Hope Dr. Gateway East between the Americas Exit Ramp and the Americas (Loop 375) Overpass
The following complete closures will be in place Friday, May 18 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning. Left and right lanes on Gateway West from the Loop 375 Overpass to Don Haskins Dr. North to westbound Clover Ramp from Joe Battle Blvd. to Gateway West
