Former Dona Ana County Commissioner Kent Evans Has Died
Former Doa Ana County Commissioner D. Kent Evans died Tuesday. He was 68. last served in 2008.
He had served for eight on the commissioners court. He had been suffering Leukemia. He was seeking election to the county commissioner’s court.
He had been a Spaceport advocate before arriving in Las Cruces. He had also served on the board of directors with the Whole Enchilada Festival and Boy Scouts in Las Cruces.
