Report: Cesar Chavez Jr. Refused To Take Urine Test Before El Paso Fight
Boxing website Bad Left Hook stated in a post Saturday night that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. refused to take a urine test before his bout with Andy Lee at the Sun Bowl.
The site did not state a reason for the refusal.
