Two accidents, several people involved, overnight in El Paso

Two separate vehicle accidents occurred Friday night into Saturday morning in El Paso.

In Northeast El Paso, two women walked away from a rollover accident according to officials.

The rollover happened shortly before 9 p.m. Friday evening at Loop 375 and the Liberty Expressway.

The two women were inside of a white SUV when it rolled, but the women were not seriously harmed according to information relayed to our ABC-7 crew at the scene.

An ABC-7 employee saw the two women arguing with EMS personnel because they did not want to be taken to a hospital.

No word on whether speed or alcohol were factors in the rollover.

Another collision occurred overnight in Far East El Paso, which lead to the closure of the intersection of Sal Kleinfeld and Pebble Hills.

At the intersection, police said a man lost control of his vehicle and ran into a utility pole.

An ABC-7 crew member on the scene reported the vehicle was a mangled mess.

The male driver was rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries, officials said.

Special Traffic Investigators were at the scene overnight. The collision is under investigation, according to police.
