UTEP Basketball: Miners Get New Guard
former oregon guard domenic artis… artis went to community college this year but didn’t play basketball… he was dismissed from oregon along with two of his teammates last spring after being investigated for sexual assault… he was never charged… he also served a 9 game suspension for violation of ncaa rules… but there’s no question about his talent… he’ll give the miners a boost in the back court… and they need him… the team is graduating 4 players… this right
