Update: 9 people ejected from SUV in rollover between Las Cruces and Hatch
New Mexico State Police are investigating a single-vehicle rollover crash that happened Sunday night.
The crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. Sunday when the SUV rolled over at mile marker 26 on Interstate 25 north of Las Cruces. The SUV had nine people in it.
Police say that the northbound vehicle overturned several times in the center median where nine of the vehicles occupants were ejected.
The injured were transported from the scene to area hospitals by air and ground ambulances.
