Vehicle hits hydrant
a neighborhood under water. the fire department says the driver of a vehicle hit a fire hydrant on kastrin near lee trevino and i-10. and that sent water spewing into the streets. thankfully no one was hurt but the street has to be repaved. welcome back to abc-seven at six,
