East El Paso intersection open after deadly crash overnight
El Paso police blocked a portion of Vista Del Sol Drive in East El Paso to investigate the death of one person in a single vehicle car crash early Tuesday morning.
It happened just before 2 a.m. at the intersection of George Dieter Drive and Vista Del Sol.
ABC-7 was on the scene just after the crash. Police told ABC-7 that the car was described as a sedan and that the driver was the only fatality.
It is unsure how the driver crashed the car, but the car ended up in the Paso Del Norte Academy parking lot. The driver died at the scene.
El Paso police reopened the lanes of Vista Del Sol west of George Dieter just before 7:30am.
