High School FB: El Dorado Earns Play of the Week

featured all kinds of great plays … but none were better than than what jorge hernandez and tyquez hampton pulled off for el dorado… this wide receiver to wide receiver trick play from jorge hernandez to tyquez hampton is our play of the week… and there is a reward to go with it… : it’s one thing to win a football game… el dorado did exactly that… they scored 70 points in 3 quarters … but the only thing sweeter than that is punch and pie… yes… punch and pie … that’s what the two players get for having the sweetest play of the week… and you can feel there excitement… hernandez: “good cause i love pie.” hampton: ” don’t know. good i guess. we get something good out of it.” of course… there’s always the chance your prize can be hijacked by the guy who drew up the play… veliz: “well, if they want to play on friday against frenship, i get half the pie and half the punch. it’s that simple. if they don’t give me half that stuff, i’m not playing them on friday.” well… in any event … jorge hernandez, tyquez hampton… and, i guess, scott veliz … you may have punch and pie…. you have the borderland blitz play of the week… we’ll keep handing out punch and pie for our play of the week all season long… tomorrow is a very big day for former utep
