Alameda Avenue at Carolina Drive closed after water main break
Alameda Avenue in El Paso’s lower valley is closed near Caroline Drive Wednesday after a water main break.
According to the El Paso Water Utilities (EPWU) website, the break was reported at 1:43 a.m.
EPWU is working to fix the break.
It is unknown how many customers are being affected and what caused the break.
