The Santa Claus debate is he real?
he told us a teacher at his daughters private school told her santa wasn’t real??? we looked into the matter to get to the bottom of things. abc-7’s jerry najera is live with the story … rick estela wow what a hot button issue this has become! is he real is he not. all i got to say is kids we got your back. he’s a man just about everyone in this world recognizes santa clause some have seen him magically appear in homes we’ve seen him in movies and even at the mall but one parent emailed us saying a teacher at st.marks middle school told his daughter-santa wasn’t real. “i was so upse the other day because she came home from school telling us that her teacher is telling the students that there is no santa clause. i don’t feel it was right of them doing that no matter what they are preaching in that class” he added that his daughter had just written a list for santa clause and now she was so sad-she didn’t even want to send it. but santa not real?? how could that be when so many know who santa is “santa clause it’s been a while he’s about 6/4” “fat with a lon beard” “he’s a pretty joll guy” this girl even knows wha he smells like “a fluff old man that smells like milk and cookies” he even had this message for a naughty little young lady “sant knows you’re not a little happy girl right now you need to mind you’re mommy and daddy all the time rember santa is watching” as for the school they sent this statement : “st mark’s is a christian school and we celebrate all facets of the christmas season. we celebrate santa claus and all other holiday traditions. however, being a christian school our focus is celebrating the birth of our savior, jesus christ.” an for those who believe-santa will be visiting you soon. officials at st. marks say this might have all been a misunderstanding and it is under investigation. as for us … well we’ll be tracking santa clause on christmas eve right here on abc-7. rick estela.
