Questions loom over federal directive concerning transgender students

As we reported Friday – public schools across the nation could face losing their federal funding if they fail to follow a federal directive concerning transgender students.
The feds say they’re trying to protect the civil rights of transgender students like allowing students to use the restrooms and locker rooms of the sex they identify with. But, some wonder, are unintended consequences lurking?
