Truck belonging to Huspeth Co. sheriff’s deputy stolen in Horizon City, gun left inside

Police are looking for a stolen pick up belonging to a Hudspeth county sheriff’s deputy, Horizon police told ABC-7.

The deputy’s 9 mm handgun was left inside the pickup’s center console when it was stolen, police confirmed. The handgun was the deputy’s own and not assigned to him by the sheriff’s office in Hudspeth County.

The stolen truck is a blue, four door 2015 F-150 with black rims. The vehicle’s Texas license plate is FVL-5633.
