El Paso gymnast prodigy featured on Ellen

Emma Rester is only 4 years old, and has already made it into the national spotlight.

Rester was featured on Ellen DeGeneres show in late March, showing off her unbelievable gymnastic skills.

Rester continues to train at her gym in Las Cruces 4 hours a week, but can’t take part in competitions until she is 6 years old.

Emma’s mother Annie, never took part in gymnastics as a child and still can’t believe what he daughter is capable of.

“It’s pretty awesome to watch,” Rester said. “Since I don’t know anything about it, it’s pretty fascinating for me because I cant imagine how they are doing some of the things, especially when they get older. It’s really amazing to see, but that’s all thanks to the coaches and I have nothing to do with this.”
