Toddler in critical condition after near-drowning
The El Paso Police Department is investigating a near-drowning of an 18-month-old boy Sunday afternoon in East El Paso.
Officers were called to the 2900 block of Camarena Place around 4 p.m.
The child is listed in serious condition at El Paso Children’s Hospital.
