UPDATE: Foul play not suspected after body found in downtown El Paso
Crimes Against Persons investigators are on the scene at Franklin Avenue and Durango Street after a body was found Saturday morning.
ABC-7 crews on the scene saw a body covered in a white sheet next to the railroad tracks near the Durango Street overpass.
Police are investigating the cause of death and have not yet identified the person found dead at the scene. Police tweeted Saturday afternoon foul play is not suspected.
