Everything you need to know about El Paso’s Holiday Fiesta in the Heart of Downtown

ABC-7 is proud to be a part of El Paso’s 101st tree lighting ceremony which returns to the San Jacinto Plaza Saturday, December 3rd, 2016.

This year marks the first time in three years the city’s Celebration of Lights and Parade will be centered around the plaza.

Years of construction delays forced the city to host the annual Christmas gathering in neighboring Cleveland Square.

Are you taking the family to the event? Here’s what you need to know.

11:00am-11:-00pm: The City of El Paso is providing entertainment, food vendors and much more. You can even shop the Holiday Bazaar and enjoy a variety of children’s activities.

6:00pm: Celebration of Lights Parade.

If you’re not able to make it downtown this weekend, we have you covered. ABC-7 will broadcast the entire event live on the El Paso/Las Cruces CW with hosts Bob Harp and Hillary Floren.
