“Cowboy sandals” a big hit in Texas

Would you be willing to transform your favorite cowboy boots into sandals?

“Redneck Boot Sandals,” a Missouri-based company, says Texas is home to their biggest clientele, according to KVUE, the ABC affiliate in Austin.

For $150, the company takes the boots you already have and transforms them into boot sandals.

Founder Scotty Franklin told KVUE his company started in 2012 as a joke. Now, it’s a full-time gig with as much a 20 sales per week.
