Sherriff’s Office identify woman killed in deadly crash on Socorro Road
El Paso County Sherriff’s have identified Cynthia Gonzalez, 47, as the victim of a deadly two vehicle accident in San Elizario.
Sheriff’s Office deputies tell ABC-7 the crash happened shortly after 5 PM Saturday at Herring Road and Socorro Road.
Officials say a car was traveling southbound on Herring Rd. when it was struck by a pickup truck traveling eastbound on Socorro Rd.
Gonzalez was taken to a local area hospital with life threatening injuries and later died.
No other injuries were reported.
The investigation continues.
