EPPD: Man touches, kisses hand of 11-year-old girl
El Police Police arrested a man who they say touched an 11-year-old girl in the laundry room of an Eastside apartment complex.
Officers responded to a disturbance call Saturday at an apartment complex, where 36-year-old Josh Olivas was arrested for allegedly touching and kissing the victim’s hand.
Olivas allegedly approached the victim in the laundry room and made crude comments and deviant advances.
During a search, Olivas was also found to be in possession of meth, according to police.
Olivas was charged with Assault by Contact and Possession of Controlled Substance. His bond was set for $3,227.
