I-10 shut down after vehicles fall off a transporter truck

All lanes were shut down at I-10 East at Campbell Monday evening after two vehicles on board a transporter truck fell off onto the freeway.

The lanes were opened shortly after 10 p.m. Monday

El Paso Police confirm the accident was weather related due to the severe thunderstorms that hit the area.

The driver reportedly lost control while trying to avoid hitting another vehicle.

No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
