Genesis Soto dies from injuries sustained in car accident

It has been a month since the accident that took the life of local sports star Cliff Tucker. There were 7 people in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Three of them passed away soon after the accident and four were hospitalized.

Today, Genesis Soto, Tucker’s girlfriend died due to the injuries she sustained in the accident.

Soto was a star basketball player in her own right at Chapin High School.

She is survived by her three children.

We spoke with Cliff’s mom earlier today and she said she wants people to remember the wonderful person Genesis Soto was.

Regina said, “Please continue to pray for the families. They will take care of the grand daughter together so Genesis may rest in peace.”

Mrs. Tucker also said “She was a quick learner and always put her daughter first. They were her priority. She would bring her daughter everywhere she went and made sure that her children’s fathers were always in their lives.”

Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
