Two months later, still no arrests in murder of Northeast El Paso man

Detectives with the El Paso Police Department are asking for the public’s help solving the shooting death of a Northeast El Paso man.

The night of Friday, April 27, 2018, 39-year-old Antonio Razo was driving eastbound on Quail when he stopped at the intersection of Quail and Railroad behind another car.

Police said the driver of the vehicle in front of Razo did not move, at which time, Razo exited his car and approached the vehicle.

At tht point, an occupant inside the car fired a gun at Razo, wounding him. Police said the driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the shooting and witnesses immediately rendered aid.

Paramedics rushed Razo to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The suspect vehicle is described as a light colored, 4-door car, possibly white or silver. Witnesses said the suspect vehicle fled the scene southbound on Railroad.

Anyone with any information on the murder of Razo is asked to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso immediately at 566-8477(TIPS).
