Road to Change tour stops in El Paso

The survivors of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. are stopping in El Paso on Tuesday.

It’s part of their “Road to Change” tour.

The group is holding an event at the El Paso Community Foundation.

The survivors who are in support of gun reform joined up in February, taking the name “March For Our Lives.” The group has been touring the country since June. They focus on informing, registering and mobilizing people to vote, targeting NRA strongholds and places where there have been incidents of mass shootings or rampant gun violence.

The “Road to Change” tour has more than 50 stops planned in more than 20 states.

The event will start at 7 p.m. and will end at 8:30 p.m.
