City offers low-cost vaccinations as kids prepare to go back to school

It’s back-to-school season and that means it’s time to make sure your child is up to date on his or her vaccine requirements before he or she can go back.

The City of El Paso Health Department is offering vaccines at low costs to make sure your child can go back without a hitch.

The City is charging $10 per child for one vaccine and $15 per child for two or more vaccines.

The vaccinations will be offered at the Henderson Health Center and the El Paso Drive Clinic.

According to the Health Department, the Ysleta Health Center will be closed until further notice.

Parents must bring a photo ID and the child’s immunization records.

The clinics will accept uninsured or underinsured, who have CHIP, Medicaid or Medicare and accepts Master Card and Visa.
