Taco Dragon making appearance at El Paso libraries this week

Families have an opportunity to meet Taco Dragon from the popular children’s book “Dragons Love Tacos” in El Paso this week.

He will be visiting four branches of the El Paso Public Library for kids to hear stories about the taco-loving dragon. Activities include singalongs and storytelling.

“Dragons Love Tacos” is a New York Times bestselling picture book for kids written by author Adam Rubin and illustrated by Daniel Salmieri.

Taco Dragon will be at the following library branches:

Esperanza Acosta Moreno Branch, 12480 Pebble Hills
Tuesday, July 31 at 11 a.m.

Main Library, 501 N. Oregon
Wednesday, August 1 at 11 a.m.

Dorris Van Doren Branch, 551 E. Redd Rd.
Thursday, August 2 at 11 a.m.

Jose Cisneros Branch, 1300 Hawkins
Friday, August 3 at 1 p.m.
