Water turned off in Upper Valley neighborhood
El Paso Water crews have turned water off in an Upper Valley neighborhood while they fix a water main break.
The break happened just before 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning at Columbine Street and Camino Real Avenue, which are near Montoya Avenue and Country Club Road.
Police told ABC-7 they don’t know how long the water will be turned off.
A resident in the area said water had been off for at least two hours.
