El Paso Locomotive FC announces info for first match
El Paso Locomotive FC will play its first game ever at Southwest University Park on March 9 against OKC Energy FC, the United Soccer League announced Friday.
The exact time of the game has not yet been determined.
March 9 is expected to be a landmark day for the USL with a record 17 games slated to take place.
There are 36 total teams currently in the league, and 34 of them will be in action on opening day.
Up in Albuquerque, another new team, New Mexico United FC, will play it inaugural match at Isotopes Park against Fresno FC.
