The Emergence Health Network has a call center that is open 24 hours a day in order to help people in their moments of mental health crisis.

During the holiday season some people are not always happy. It could trigger memories of loved ones that have passed or of tragic events that took place during that time.

Those memories could make you feel like life isn’t worth living any more.

Before a drastic step is taken there is a number you can dial where someone will listen to you, and help you in your moment of need.

The Emergence Health Network provides a crisis hotline that a trained councilor can hear you and give you the advice that could save your life.
