The Rams and the Patriot meet in Super Bowl 53

Tom Brady was looking for his 6th Super Bowl win of his legendary career. Standing in his way were the Los Angeles Rams who blazed a trail through the playoffs to meet them in the Championship.

The first quarter started as per usual with a Brady led offense in the Super Bowl. He has never thrown a touchdown in the first quarter of the big game.

He would though throw a pick on his first throw though.

The half would end 3 to nothing on a Stephen Gostkowski field goal.

In the third quarter, Greg Zuerlein tied the game with a 53 yard kick of his own.

The fourth quarter like most games got exciting.

Brady led his team down the field. Hitting Rob Gronkowski who was tackled on the Rams three yard line.

The very next play Sony Michel would smash into pay dirt to give the Pats the lead.

For good measure Gostkowski hit another field goal to go up by 10.

With 4:30 left on the clock, the Rams would threaten to score but Brandon Cooks couldn’t catch the ball and the very next play Jared Goff would be intercepted.

The Rams would get the ball back with seconds remaining but when the usually dependable Greg Zuerlein missed, everyone knew the game was over.

The Patriots are your 2019 Super Bowl LIII winners.
