El Paso F.C. Charge towards first franchise win

The Locomotive F.C. put their demons from last week behind them. They secured their first franchise win in style in front of their home fans at Southwest University Park.

Edson Partida took care of business tonight as he netted the games first goal just after 64th minute off an Omar Salgado deflection. Then in the 87th minute Partida would double up on the night as the Locomotive make the most of a counter attack. Partida would launch a strike at goal that would find the back of the net to secure the game at 2-0 Locomotive.

This win was not an easy one to win after the Locomotive gave up a 2-0 lead late last week. The team picks up the action once again when they take on the Phoenix rising on April 13th .
